What should I eat in breakfast

As we know, breakfast is an important thing in our life. It is said that the mood of your entire day is dependent on your breakfast. Experts will advise you to eat as much as you can in the breakfast. A wise man said that eat breakfast like a king, have lunch like a servant and take dinner like a beggar. So fill your stomach in the breakfast.  A healthy breakfast can be as useful as a prescribed medicine. Today I'm going to write about it.


What to eat in breakfast:

Now when it comes to breakfast, most of the people have the question that what they should have for their breakfast. Now the things you need to have is:

1. Eggs
2. Bread
3. Banana
4. Berries
5. Green Tea
6. Nuts
7. Yogurt

Eggs:

Eggs are quite rich in protein. It also one of the healthiest foods on the planet. It helps your body to recover soon and good recovery helps you to keep the energy to work all day.

Bread:

Bread is a very common food in breakfast. A bread can give 3 times more energy that a plate of rice. Bread helps to store energy and fill the stomach. You can't fill your stomach with most other supplements.

Banana:



Banana has a lot of calorie in it. It will help you to maintain energy the whole day. It is said that banana is good for skinny guys as it helps to increase weight. So have a banana for more calories to be stored in the body for the day.

Berries:



Berries are well known all over the world for their nutrition. Berries contain some vitamin, some Phyto-nutrients, some anti-oxidant and very low calorie. As you are consuming calories from eggs, bread, banana, you are not going to need anymore calorie. Blueberries are repeatedly ranked in The USA.


Green Tea:

As we all know about the good effects of green tea, we can have it with no doubt in the morning. A cup of green tea in the morning will help you keep fresh the whole day. Green tea will also help you to keep the skin clean.

Nuts:

Nuts are very good for a healthy breakfast. Nut increases your memory and has a lot of calories. Nuts are available in different types like peanuts, almonds, pea-cans, walnuts etc. It is scientifically proven that people who have nuts in breakfast, have less in their next meals and it is better to have less in the meal except breakfast.

Yogurt:



Yogurt has some bone-building calcium as well as power-boosting protein. Yogurt is well known for soothing stomach, smoothing skin and polishing candlesticks. Senior dermatologist Hema Sundaram said, "Yogurt contains lactic acid which is a component in some in-office chemical peels". Yogurt is well known for a healthy breakfast.
