How to gain weight

People who are too much thin has a strong desire of gaining weight to look great. The best way to count your ideal weight is to multiply the foot of your height with 10 and add the inches. Suppose I'm 5 feet 9 inch. So my ideal body weight is (5*10) + 9 = 50 + 9 = 59. So my ideal weight is around  57-62 kg. If the weight is a little bit more, there's no problem. But if the weight is lower, than you have to gain weight. Today I'm going to describe it in details.

Nutrients
The first and foremost thing that you need to do to gain weight is having sufficient protein and calcium. Get enough food that contains enough protein, calcium and calorie. Foods like fish, meat, oats etc contain a lot of protein and calorie. That helps a lot to increase weight. Some fruits help to gain weight. The fruits that help to gain weight is the banana, mango, jackfruit, pineapple, and so on.

Workout
After the meal, let's come to exercise part. Don't misunderstand that exercise only loses weight. That's not true. Exercises can make you healthy. Do some weight lifting, do some push ups, do some leg pull ups, some normal pull ups and other exercises that contain muscle contraction. That will help you to grow healthier, I'm not saying fatty, I'm saying healthy. There's a lot of difference between those.

Rest
After all, the most important thing is rest. How much you work hard, without rest, all your efforts will go in vain. Take a 8 hours(7-9 hours) sleep. While you sleep, your body produces growth hormone and the hormone helps your body to build body. Growth hormone passes through the liver. So if you sleep too much, your liver will be unhealthy and your growth hormone will not be able to work too much and as a result you will not get your body well built.

About water
Drink water in a large quantity. Drink at least 2.5 liters of water per day because our body cells are full of water and it can't survive without water. If the cells die, you will lose weight. So have lots of water. Besides, a well-hydrated body will not wake you up in thirst. But don't drink water before 1 hour of going to bed because that will compel you to go to the bathroom at midnight and that will hamper your sleep and hampering your sleep means hampering your effort. So be a little bit careful.
