1. Timing

Timing of workout

No matter whatever the field is, timing is important in every place even in body building. Body building without timing will result in almost nothing. Try to workout the same time every day. That will result in best. Suppose you exercise in the morning at 7 am. Try to start the exercise within 6:45 to 7:15. Do not workout with the same muscle every day. That will make your muscles weaker as well as make you compelled to leave exercise after 30 days or so on. If you are doing workouts with arms today, then workout with chest and legs the next day. The muscles with which you can workout daily is the abs and the traps or the neck muscle. Because we hardly use these muscles. You have to give 48 hours rest to your muscle after your workout as you use them all over the day. But the abs and the traps are rarely used. So you can workout with them regularly.

Timing of meal

Take meal timely. A sound mind lives in a sound body and a sound lies on a proper and perfect meal. In order to make your meal perfect and proper, first you have to make a routine and schedule of the meal. If your meal in improper, your body will not be able to cope with the hard works of body building. Don't try to skip dinner because that will decrease the tissues of the muscles and that will ruin your hard works. Don't skip breakfast as that keeps your mood all over the day. Health experts have claimed that people who fill their stomach with a good breakfast, have a better mood and more energy to work. So don't skip the breakfast. Don't skip lunch and snacks because skipping these will make you feel hungry and you can't control eating when you are hungry. That will result in obesity.


Timing of rest

Rest is the most important thing in the field of body building. Without proper rest, your body can't recover itself. Remember, while you are sleeping, your body produces and releases growth hormone and due to which your muscles and other parts get bigger. Growth hormone is the main item to build muscle and to produce more growth hormone, you have to rest enough. Sleeping 7-9 hours is mostly beneficial. Don't get into the misunderstanding that sleeping much will produce more growth hormone and will make your muscles bigger. That's not the case. Sleeping more will produce growth hormone indeed, but extra sleep makes your liver unhealthy and fatty and growth hormone has to pass through the liver before it can spread all over the body. 2. Workout

Muscle building without proper workout is next to impossible. If your method of exercise is improper, no matter how much you work hard, you will not get desired results. Here are some workouts that will help you get bigger muscle.

i) Barbell curls

The barbell curl is one of the most effective workouts of the arm. This workout can be done with EZ bar. This workout is mainly for biceps. Most probably, this is the best bicep workout in the world.

ii) Incline Dumbbell curls

Using dumbbells sitting on a bench. This is a very very effective biceps workout. Lie down on an incline bench and lift dumbbells using your biceps. Check out the photo the tutorial given below.

iii) Hammer Curls

Hammer curl is mainly used to widen your bicep a little. This exercise not only affects the but also the brachialis too. This is a great exercise to have a huge arm. Because a bigger brachialis will help the bicep to easily get bigger.

iv) Close Grip Bench Press

Triceps plays a vital role in showing the muscle bigger than ever before. In order to get a bigger triceps, this workout is the best of best. I hardly skip this exercise as this has a great impact on body building.

v) Shoulder Press

The shoulder muscle is the most important muscle of our entire body. Because in every work, directly or indirectly, we use shoulder and without a bigger shoulder, your biceps and triceps grow that bigger. So try to include this in your daily routine.
