How to keep the liver healthy

Nowadays, the number of liver patients are increasing day by day as people are not caring about their health. Lack of care about the liver makes the liver unhealthy and fatty. A healthy liver can save your life sometimes. A healthy body lies on a healthy liver. And an unhealthy liver can push you towards the death very soon. So today, I'm going to write about how to keep the heart healthy.


Avoid Alcohol

Alcohol is too much dangerous for the health and especially to the health. Alcohol damages the cells of the liver and lead the liver to swelling or scarring and it can be deadly. So avoid alcohol to keep a healthy liver.

Eat Healthy

Eating healthy is the most important part in the field of keeping the liver healthy. Foods that help to keep the liver healthy are:

1. Cruciferous Vegetable
2. Olive Oil
3. Avocados
4. Green Tea
5. Apples
6. Carrots
7. Garlic
8. Grape Fruit
9. Grains
10. Leafy Green Vegetable
11. Lemon and Lime
12. Turmeric
13. Cabbage
14. Walnuts



Try Not to Breath in Toxin

How much do we try to avoid toxin, we have to face that all over the day and in most of the places. Cleaning products, aerosol product, insecticides etc are full of toxin. Try not to keep in contact with them.

Take Coffee

It has been scientifically proven that taking coffee reduces the risk of getting liver diseases. It is not found yet why and how it works. But still it works. Scientists are still researching on that.


Avoid Smoking

Cigarette contains nicotine and a single puff of nicotine can cause serious harm to the liver. If you want to live healthier and peacefully, then I will highly recommend leaving smoking immediately.
