How to sleep well

Insufficient sleep is almost everyone's problem in these modern times. People want to sleep without difficulty. People who are suffering from lacks of sleep, are mostly welcomed to this post.


The main reason of this problem is tension. People nowadays are so busy and tensed that they always remain in tension. And for this tension, they are unable to sleep well. Other problems are not as big as this. Tension does not help or solve anything. It just takes away your present happiness. So stop taking tensions because that is totally useless. In fact, that is harming you.


The second reason is uncomfortable. If you are not completely comfortable, then will not be able to sleep well. Make yourself comfortable to sleep comfortably. To make yourself comfortable, make yourself warm and the room cool. That helps a lot.


Take a bath before going to sleep. That will keep your body temperature  normal. Sometimes a warm bath can relax your body and keep yourself cool.


Another big problem is your clothing. Wear as less cloth as possible. Experts recommend to sleep naked. Because sleeping nude empowers you to regulate your temperature without disturbing your sleep. Remember cold leg can make you awake. So keep something like blanket or socks on the leg to keep your leg temperature normal.


Sleep in different positions. Sleeping in a different position can make a great difference. Avoid sleeping on your stomach. This makes your body difficult to hold the position. If you want to sleep on the stomach then keep the pillow under the hips instead of keeping it under the head.


Make the room completely dark. Make sure that there is no light in the light. Keep no laptop, television or any other electronics device in the room. Because if there is any source of light, your mind will keep awake. Because we live under the sun, your whenever your mind gets any light, it tells you that it's day means waking time. So avoid keeping any light source in the room. If possible make the room darker before one or two hours before going to sleep.


Put on an eye mask. Eliminating all light is the most important thing you can do to fall asleep and stay asleep. Light not only inhibits the production of sleep hormones but also stimulates the body to feel awake and alert. The light can also keep you awake.


Go to bed and wake up from bed at the same time every day. Use the same sleep schedule even at weekends. Even if you have to go to bed later occasionally, still get up at your normal time. When your alarm clock goes off, get up right away every day. Don't lie in or snooze.



Try breathing and relaxing before sleeping. Do some stretching before going to bed. That will relax your muscle and will help you to sleep faster.Do some yoga, hang with a ring.

Exercise regularly. Exercise in the morning and that will help you to get more sleep. If you are planning to exercise 1 hour or more, then the noon is the best time. The time between 12:30 to 1:30 is the best time for that. But don't even try to exercise in the night if you want to get proper sleep.



Water is a great thing in good sleep. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day. A well-hydrated body will not wake you from thirst. But don't drink any water before 1 hour of sleeping because that will compel you to go to the bathroom at night and that will hamper your sleep.





Use the bedroom only for sleeping. Don't keep any television, laptop, desktop and other electronic elements. That will hamper your sleep as I described earlier and I don't think that I will have to repeat it.


At last I would like talk about food. Don't overload yourself in the night. Take a small meal as dinner. Someone intelligent said that have breakfast like a king, lunch like a servant and dinner like a beggar. So take a small meal at dinner. Overloading yourself will hamper your sleep greatly. Dink some warm milk before bed. That helps a lot.
