Don't drink tea or other drinks after 5 pm.


3. Eat a healthy breakfast

7. Have some juicy fruits

Juicy fruits work like water, but they help you lose your appetite and weight. Juicy fruits like watermelon, papaya, lemon, orange, berries, pineapple, grapes etc. help a lot.




8. Exercise regularly

No matter how much you obey these things, if you do not exercise regularly, you will not get good results. Go to the gym, do some weight lifting, push-ups, jogging etc. Exercising regularly will force you to lose fat. But one thing to note, take rest according to your exercise. 9. Get disciplined

Don't take day sleeps regularly. It will make you lazy. Don't take drinks after 5 pm. Drink water 30 minutes after having the meal. Don't compromise with the water. Take breakfast at 8-9 am, lunch at 1 pm and dinner at 8-9 pm. Take some snacks in the afternoon. Most important thing: don't eat too much at a time. Eat little but frequently.
