1. Do normal exercise

Exercise is the best way to burn calories. Exercising regularly will force your body to burn calories. Doing cardiovascular exercises will result in best. Cardiovascular exercises like swimming, jogging, playing, cycling etc. will help a lot. Take out 30 minutes from your busy schedule for exercise. But one thing to note, the longer you exercise, the more your body burns calories. You may be surprised hearing that your body loses calories even after you have stopped workout because your body needs calories to recover itself after exercise.

2. Do BodyBuilding

Bodybuilding is one of the best ways to burn calories. Your muscle burns more calorie than fat. So the more you have muscle or flesh in your body, the more you burn calorie and the best way to have more muscle or flesh is to build body. Bodybuilding will not increase the number of muscles, rather it would make the muscle bigger. Muscle burns 2.5 times more calorie than fat. If you add strong movements in your daily life, you will have muscle without any extra effort.

3. Do fidgeting

Fidgeting is a very well known word in the field of calorie burning. Researches have shown that people who do fidget for around 150 minutes, burn 2 times more calorie than the idle people do. Take a look at the ideas here. Standing burns 1.5 times more calorie than sitting. Pacing an hour burn almost 90 calories. Walking for an hour in the treadmill, burns around 100 calories. If you walk 2-3 hours a day and continue to do so, you will able to lose 50 pounds a year.

4. Take calorie burning food

There are a lot of foods available at the market that can burn calories. You may be wondering that foods contain calories, so how can they burn calories? Well, the low-calorie foods make you lose your appetite and if you don't eat enough, your body will not receive any calorie. And your body burns calorie every moment even while sleeping. So, if your body doesn't take any calorie, your body calorie is going to be lowered automatically. Here are some calorie burning foods: Green Tea, Broccoli, Apples, Water-Melon, Carrot, Pear Kale, Brown Rice, Celery, Lettuce, Grape-Fruit, Broth, Low-fat Yogurt, Orange, Chili, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Arugula, Strawberry etc.

5. Eat frequently but small

Studies have shown that people who eat small and eat all over the day, have the capability to burn more calorie than the others have. Eating less will force your body to use the consumed calories as fast as possible. Set an alarm in your mobile or in any clock. Eat every two hours and do not miss any meal. But do not try to fill your stomach totally. Just get relief from your appetite. But in case of breakfast it is different. The reason is described in the next content.

6. Don't skip breakfast

Skipping breakfast will force you to have much food all over the day. A healthy breakfast keeps your mood well all over the day. I would recommend filling your stomach as much as you can. You must be thinking that I just told you not to fill stomach totally. But in case of breakfast, it is totally different. Eating more breakfast will store energy for the entire body. So you don't have to take much food during the day. If you are confused about what to eat for breakfast, then read my previous post about What should I eat in breakfast.

7. Drink a lot of water

Drinking water is another way to burn more calorie. In order to burn calories, your body needs water. Studies have shown that drinking more than 8 glass of water a day, helps to burn extra 100 calories a day. Water is important for all parts of the body. Drink at least 8-9 glass of water a day and try to drink as much as you can.

8. Sleep well

Firstly, your body need sufficient sleep to function itself and to burn calories. If you do not get adequate sleep, your body will not be able to burn calories. Secondly, if you do not get enough sleep, your body will not get enough energy to do the other calorie burning activities. Try to take 8 hours average sleep. If you are getting less sleep, then read my previous post about How to sleep well.
