Watching TV can shorten your life

Studies have shown that watching television can shorten your life a lot. People who have a habit of watching television for a long time can face heart problems, kidney diseases, brain ham rage and some other mental diseases even premature death.



People who sit in front of TV six hours a day have the high risk of dying 5 years before those who spent their time by doing some active works like playing outdoor, going to gym etc. Researches have shown that watching television a lot is as dangerous as smoking or being overweight and now it has become a great problem to human society and will bring a great disaster if it is not publicly announced. But unfortunately, the government and the other people are not conscious about it. Scientists declared that every hour of watching television can shorten your life by 22 minutes.



Just imagine how much you are shortening you life every day. According to American and Australian experts, children should not stay more than two hours in front of the screen. Even the adults should limit the time of watching television. They should spend their time outdoors doing some physical work. This will increase their fitness. Physical work like playing outdoor games, going to a gym, doing free-hand exercises, jogging, yoga etc. can make you live healthy as long as you live.



So it is my recommendation to limit your watching television. Decrease the time of watching TV by one hour per week. Use the newspaper, the internet, radio etc. to get news. Do your chores, change your bad habits. It will be a great help to you.
