Foods that you should not take before starting fast

In order to keep your body healthy and fit while having fast, you need to observe some rules in the pre-fast meal. Because fitness of your entire day depends on what you eat for the pre-fast meal. Some foods give our body extra protein and minerals and we take some because we like it. But these type of foods always make us sick and compel us to break our fast at the mid-day. These foods don't help us at all. Instead, it increases our troubles all over the day and most of us are unaware of this fact. So it's very important to know which food you should take and which you shouldn't. Take a look at the foods described below which you shouldn't take.


1. Egg

An egg is a very delicious and nutritious food which gives the body the necessary proteins, vitamins and minerals. But in case of pre-fast meal, eggs shouldn't be consumed at all. Because taking eggs at the midnight at before fast, will cause gastric which will create egg-smelling burp all over the day. As a result, you will feel discomfortable all over the day. Besides, taking eggs in the pre-fast meal, can cause high blood pressure.

2. Dal

Dal  is a very common food for almost all the Muslims and mostly for the people of Bangladesh and India. But for the pre-fast meal, dal is a very unsuitable meal. If you want to take dal at any cost, then I would recommend taking lentils making it thin with water. Because taking dal, causes gastric a lot which make you feel pain all over the day and can also make you sick.

3. Cold Water

Don't try to take cold water before observing fast. Taking cold water at that time will make you feel more and more thirsty all over the day. Besides, that will cause disturb and harm both in your digestion and sleep. Cold water at that time of night, can cause lung problem.

4. Khichuri

khichuri is such a food that make your body warm as well as cause problem in someone's stomach. So you shouldn't take khichuri for the pre-fast meal. Because that may force you to have an upset stomach. Besides, because of extra warmness. you may fall sick physically. Though khichuri is a very fantastic food, the it is not good at all for the pre-fast meal.

5. Oily Food

Pilau, biryani, dal pate and other grills must be avoided at the time of the pre-fast meal. Because that will make you feel thirsty again and again all over the day and will cause more problems for your body as well as make you feel discomfortable.

6. Lemon

Lemon is a well-known fruit for its vitamin and nutrition. Though it is useful for all, it is harmful to people if it is taken for the pre-fast meal. Lemon as pre-fast meal causes acidity and creates stomach and chest burning. So don't take lemon in the pre-fast meal, otherwise your painful fast will not be accepted to Allah due to bad acidity.

7. Cold Drinks

Cold drinks give us nothing but some extra sugar and sweetness. Don't intend to consume that for the pre-fast meal. By this, only useless items will enter your body. Nothing else. You may feel discomfortable burps all over the day as well as makes you dehydrated.

8. Fast Foods

People generally don't want to take food at the pre-fast meal due to not having interests in homemade foods. But for that reason, you must not consume fast foods  as that can cause gastric along with digestion problems and you will fall physically sick.
