Grow taller tips and tricks

Height of a person is majorly guessed by his/ her parents height. If a person has taller father together with mother, it is an obvious matter that he will grow taller naturally. He/ she doesn't need any tips or tricks to grow taller. But if you are suffering from less height, then you are mostly welcomed to this thread.


Almost 80% of a person's height is determined by his/ her genetic reason. If parents are taller then the children will also be taller. There's a way by which you can calculate the amount of height that were brought out by your genetic reason. Make and average of your parents height and if you are a boy, then add 2 inches to that and if you are a girl, then subtract 2 inches from that. That will be the natural height of yours. But several factors matter in this case. Factors like environment, regular activities, workouts or exercise, nutrition, rest, meal, sports and many more. Modifying these factors, you can gain more than 6 inches of height. Using these tricks, you can grow taller even after puberty. But this method can work only if you are under 25. All you need to learn is how to modify them. Let me show you how to do that.

Environment

The environment is a very small matter in the case of growing taller. Changing your living place in a growing friendly environment won't help that much. But it can give you something. But it is very difficult. It is seen that people who live in the tropical areas of the world have more height than the people of other countries. But not everyone can go to a tropical place to live in. So I recommend to just ignore this step

Regular activities

Regular activity is a great thing here. It is much more effective than the environment step. Individuals doing more playing, running, jumping, swimming from his/ her childhood, gain more height. Because it helps the spines and bones to grow taller. Especially the swimming and jumping help the most. Besides regular playing is also beneficial. That's why doctors recommend playing outside for kids.

Workout or exercise

It is a wonderful part in this field. Generally some people will say that exercising in a little age will hamper your height. Some say, exercise is okay but weight lifting is not. I hardly believe all these as I'm doing bodybuilding since the age of 14 and I was still growing. If you ask him/ her for explanation why weight lifting is harmful, I'm sure that he/ she will give you some silly stupid reasons that lifting a weight will give a downward pressure to the body and that's the reason. This is all rubbish. If this happens, then why do the school going people grow taller. They carry heavy bags with a water bottle. Nothing happens to them. So why will weight lifting do harm? Ignore all these rubbishes and do workouts as it boosts your growth hormone production and production of more growth hormone will make you grow taller.

Nutrition and meal

Nutrition and meal play a vital role here. Your body needs nutrition to build your body to grow taller. Nutrition like calcium and protein help the most. Calcium builds the bone and protein makes the mass. When you sleep, your body produces and releases growth hormone which makes you grow taller. The growth hormone needs these nutrition to make your body grow taller. So take enough calcium and proteins.

Rest

The rest is the most important thing here. Surprising but true. Your body produces and releases growth hormone when you are asleep and your growth hormone is the thing by which we all grow taller. But day sleep will not produce growth hormone. That will only make you lazy. The more you sleep, the more you produce growth hormone. But sleeping more than 9 hours will not help. Because sleeping more will make your liver unhealthy and growth hormone has to pass through your liver and an unhealthy liver will reduce the growth hormone performance. So don't sleep too much. But don't take sleep less than 7 hours as that will produce insufficient hormones.
