Importance of a good sleep

Good sleep is a very important thing in a person's life. But nowadays we are so busy that we can't even take a proper sleep and that is affecting our everyday life as well as our health. If a person gets inadequate sleep continuously for two months, he will very soon fall seriously sick very soon. Today I'm going to tell you about this.

If a person can get at least 7 hours sleep, his entire day will go in a good way and in a good mood. In case of  young people, they should have a sleep of 9 hours per day. Don't sleep in the day because that will make you lazy. For body builders, it is highly recommended to have a sleep of average 8 hours. Because our body recovers itself while sleeping. Our body produces growth hormone while sleeping and that growth hormone helps our body to recover. Without growth hormone, it is impossible to recover our body. So a good sleep is important.

If you have chronic pain, then it is highly recommended to have an adequate sleep. Researches claim that a proper sleep can work as much as a medicine in case of pain relief.
