2. Eating too much at a time

If eating late is your helplessness, then go to sleep 2 hours later after having dinner.

4. Eating in anger, upsetness and sadness

Several individuals don't eat when they are angry or distressed. Taking a small amount of food won't cause any trouble if that helps you to get a better mood. But the problems is how much do we take in during this particular type of situation and we don't keep the mentality to count that. We keep on eating and whatever we eat is only unhealthy foods. That helps to hold belly fat a lot. So try not to eat when you are sad, upset or anger.
