Warning signs of heart attack

Heart diseases are the no. 1 killer in the United States. Among them, the heart attack is in the top position. It is projected by the scientists that, by 2050, the number of killing people by heart attack will be in no.1 position not only in the United States, but also all over the world. If proper steps are taken in right time, people can be saved even after the heart attack. People generally don't understand when they are having the heart attack and what to do during that. And because of that people just ignore the problem and they face a great problem and walk towards death. Today I'm going to write about the signs of heart attack.


The signs of heart attack are:

1. Discomfort radiating to the back
2. Pain in the chest
3. Spreading the chest pain towards the left side of the body
4. Sweating, vomiting, dizziness
5. May feel like chest burn
6. May have some coughing and wheezing
7. Fatigue in case of women
8. Lack of appetite
9. Irregular pulse
10. Feeling weak
11. Breathing problem

Things to do during heart attack

1. Make the patient sit down and let him take rest.
2. Calm him down
3. Loose the clothes of the patient
4. If the patient is unconscious, then call an ambulance immediately.
5. If the person is unable to breath, then do a CPR. If you do not know how to do a CPR, then call 911 and ask for help.
6. Take the patient to hospital as fast as possible

Do Not

1. Do not leave the person alone
2. Do not allow the person to deny the symptoms
3. Do not wait for any symptoms to go away
4. Do not feed anything to the patient unless a heart medicine has not been prescribed
5. Do not waste a single second
6. Do not underestimate any symptoms
