How to get relief from stress

Stress doesn't come to you itself. You bring it to yourself. Stress has now become a part and parcel thing of our everyday life. In this gigantic world, almost everyone is stressed. Stress doesn't get the problems solved, it only snatches the present happiness. It only makes you upset. Studies have shown that people who take a lot of stress daily, die earlier than the stress-free people. Today I'm going to describe how to get rid of stress.


Deep Breath

The first and the simplest thing is taking a deep breath. Whenever you are in stress, take a deep breath and make a mind that nothing is going to happen. Deep breathing allows the body to take more oxygen and more oxygen relaxes the mind. If the mind is relaxed, then your body is going to be relaxed very soon.

Forget everything for some time

The next thing is forget everything for some time. Think that nothing bad has happened and nothing is going to happen for 2-3 minutes and console your heart that everything is fine. Tell your heart that "All is well". This will decrease the stress for sometimes. Whenever we are in such a situation that compels us to be stressed, our body releases stress hormone to our blood streaming and that gives us extra power and endurance that pumps us to fight. Stress hormone also enables us to run faster. This is called fight or flight syndrome.

Take as much responsibility as you can handle

There are a lot of reasons that make us feel stressed and one them is taking too much responsibility. Taking too much responsibility automatically makes us stressed feeling that whether you would be able to fulfill the responsibility or not. So don't take too many responsibilities if you can't do them. Take as much as you can.

Enjoy with family or friends

The stress level will differ from person to person based on your personality and how you respond to the situation. To some people, life means only working and earning money. For those stress is part of their everyday life. Go out for enjoying with your family or with friends. Spend some time to entertain yourself.

Sleep

Have some sleep to remove the stress. Generally, I don't recommend to sleep at day. But if you are undergoing a lot of stress, then I would suggest you to have some sleep at day time. Sleeping will make you forget the stress and will give you the strength to fight with the stress. So do have some sleep after lunch.

Walk

Go for a walk in the morning. Walking in the morning allows you to get some fresh air and refresh yourself. The morning walk is good for everyone. Not only the adults, but also for the children. Where there are a lot of trees, there is a lot of oxygen. And more oxygen will help you to get rid of stress as I mentioned earlier.

Breakfast

Have a good breakfast. In my previous post, I told that a good breakfast helps you to keep a good mood the whole day. Make your stomach full in the breakfast. Someone intelligent said that eat breakfast like a king, have lunch like a servant and have dinner like a beggar. Following this silly thing will keep your mood good and keeping a good mood will help you to feel free from stress.
