Proper meal routine

A sound mind depends on a sound body and a sound body lies on a proper meal. A proper meal is everything. Science has told that people who have a proper meal every day, live healthier than the people having no timing at all. A proper meal can save your life in some cases. People who are suffering from heart diseases or diabetes are highly recommended to maintain a proper meal. After reading this post, you will be able to follow a perfect meal. And always try to eat healthy snacks. Healthy doesn't always mean vegetables. Foods with a proper amount of calorie and proper food nutrients are healthy foods. Find healthy foods that you may like.

The first thing that I would like to tell you to get a habit of eating every two hours. If you are suffering from diabetes, then it is highly recommended to have something at least every four hours because that will keep your sugar level at a balanced state. Continuing this steps, you will be able to lose more fats, digest food faster and have a healthy stomach.

Breakfast:

The next thing that I would like mention is to take the breakfast within an hour of waking up from the bed. I'm not saying that eat something after the day sleep. Day sleep only makes you lazy. Take the breakfast properly and full your stomach. Usually, I don't recommend to fill your stomach at a time, but in the breakfast case, have as much as you can. Because filling your stomach in the morning will help you to keep a good mood and have energy the whole day. It is good to have breakfast at 8-9 A.M.

Lunch:

Have lunch with a limited amount of food. Take some protein, some carbohydrate, some vegetables and if possible, some zinc. Zinc increases your memory. Protein and carbohydrate build your body and vegetable keep you healthy. But overloading your body in the lunch may make you fall asleep and sleeping in the day will make you lazy and a lazy body is not a fit body. It is recommended to have lunch at 1 P.M.

Snacks:

Next is the afternoon snacks. Some people ignore the afternoon snacks completely. The time between 3:30 - 4:30 is the best time to have snacks. In this meal, have some drinks, biscuits, some fruits and so on. Drinks like fruit juice, vegetable juice, green tea and so on. Don't drink any kind of drink after 5 P.M. Don't try to ignore snacks. If you are busy, then have at least a glass of juice.

Dinner:

At last the dinner. Take dinner at 8-9 PM. It is better if the late night snacks are low in calorie and high in nutrients. Sleep about an hour after having dinner. Try not to eat unless you are hungry.
