How to cool down the body after workout

In our everyday life, exercise is very important. But most of the people do not workout because they think that if they exercise, their body will soon become very tired and they won't be able to do their other important works. And that's why they don't workout regularly and their body becomes lazy and unhealthy. Such kinds of people are mostly welcomed to this post.

Walking:

First of all, I would like to talk about walking. Walking helps the body to cool down without being lazy. Generally if you sleep right after exercise, you will feel severe tiredness and you will not be able to walk. So, first of all, have a walk for 5-10 minutes. You may feel some difficulties to walk after the exercise. But this will help you a lot.

Stretching:

Stretching is the main thing to cool down the body. Unlike others, I don't talk about common things like breathing, drinking waters and so on. I will tell you some items that you don't know. Stretching will lose the muscle and make you feel better. Hold and bring the knee to your chest as close as possible. That will cool the but muscle. Now the next stretching. Keep the leg straight and raise that as high as possible.Stretch the chest and abs. Pull your hands back as far as possible to stretch your chest and bend your body back to stretch your abs.

Jumping:

Jumping is a very good thing to cool down the body. Jumping is a middle-class stretching and exercise which helps to cool the body. Jumping loses your muscle and stretches your spines of the back and legs. Hanging is as helpful as jumping. Hang yourself for 10-15 seconds and that will do the same thing as jumping.

Massage:

Some studies fail to support that massaging helps to cool the body. But I'm telling from my experience that taking a massage helps to cool the body. Massaging will help the body to be loose very easily and make you feel comfortable and also make mind cool. So messaging is a good way to cool down the body.

Have a protein shake with ice:

Having a protein shake will help your muscle to recover soon. The body needs nutrition to recover itself and the protein shake has the sufficient nutrition to recover the body. The protein shake contains banana, oats, flakes, cinnamon, vanilla extract and some other healthy items. These elements help the body to restore energy after a workout. Take the protein shake after 15-30 minutes after the workout. Add some ice pieces in that to cool down faster. Mix them all and enjoy it. Don't forget the water and breathing part though I didn't mention it as everyone knows it. Here's the recipe:
