How to keep the heart healthy

Recently, it is a very common news that people are dying from heart attack, heart blockage and from many more heart diseases. It's because they don't keep their heart healthy. They just ignore the heart completely. For ignoring heart problems, I lost one of my relative couple of months ago and I don't want to happen that with you too. So for this reason, I'm writing this post.



Things you have to do

1. Manage stress

Managing stress is a great part of making the heart healthier. People who take more stress, have more heart problem than the others. The stress of work, stress of family and stress of a lot of things may make the heart weak. So try to reduce stress as much as possible. 2. Have control over cholesterol and blood pressure

Having too much cholesterol in the blood, may cause to serious stroke and heart attack.  Cholesterol is of two types. One is HDL(High-density lipoprotein) and the other is LDL(Low-density lipoprotein). The HDL is considered to be good but excessive is not good at all. So have good control over Cholesterol. The blood pressure may cause heart attack and other diseases. Nowadays, the high blood pressure is considered a great murderer as it is killing people more than cancer does. On the other hand, low blood pressure can also damage the heart. The ideal blood pressure is 120/80.



3. Be careful about your weight

The best way to count your ideal weight is to multiply the foot of your height with 10 and add the inches. Suppose I'm 5 feet 9 inch. So my ideal body weight is (5*10) + 9 = 50 + 9 = 59. So my ideal weight is around  57-62 kg. If the weight is a little bit more, there's no problem. But if the weight is lower, than you have to gain weight. 4. Abandon smoking

Smoking is a very very bad for the heart. Smoking damages the very badly. Cigarette contains nicotine and a single puff of nicotine can make your heart seriously damaged. So if you are smoking, then leave it if you want live more.



5. Have control over alcohol

We all are aware of the fact that drinking has become a part and parcel thing of most of the people. But they aren't realizing the fact that alcohol are doing harm to the heart as well as the other parts of the body. If you don't want to dedicate your life, then just leave drinking.



6. Eat healthy

We are at the most important part of this post. Eating healthy can save your life. eating healthy is the most important thing in the field of the heart. People who eat healthier, live healthier than others. Don't take too much oily food, too much protein, too much salt and junk food is not allowed for the heart patient at all. So if you want to live healthy, then you will have to abandon these foods.



7. Keep active

Keeping the body active make the heart active. Whenever we do any physical work, our body needs extra oxygen and to fulfill that the heart needs to be more active. If the heart is more active for 1 hours a day, then you will be able to prevent heart diseases. The best way to keep the body active is jogging. Do some jogging in the morning. That will help you a lot.



8. Be extra careful about diabetes

Diabetes can make you weaker than the other things do. Especially the diabetes type 2 is worse for the heart patient. So keep yourself away from diabetes. To do that you need to do physical work every day. More about diabetes are written in my previous post on diabetes.
