How to increase growth hormone

Human growth hormone, mostly known as HGH or growth hormone is the most important hormone of our entire body. Growth hormone is produced in the pituitary gland which is placed at the bottom middle of our brain. This hormone is also known as somatotropin or somatropin. The main purpose or work of the hormone is to recover the body, create new cells, stimulate growth and all the growth related tasks. The hormone is used as a prescribed drug to solve the problem of growth disorder of children. It is mostly important for children for their physical growth. It is also crucial for adults as it recovers the body. If the growth hormone doesn't work, then your body come back to its original ability. The ability will decrease day by day. The body builders need it very badly.


After 30, the ability to producing growth hormone decreases by an extended limit. That's why people lose the ability to work more after 35. But no need to worry. It has an alternative. 1. Laughter

Laughter is one the easiest way to increase the production of growth hormone. Laughter is such a reaction of the human body which can solve most of the heart diseases. It also increases growth hormone production. In the study of the researchers of 1989, it has been proved that people who laugh for 1 hour or more than that got a nice increase of growth hormone by 87%.

2. Weight loss

Generally, people who have fats in their body in extended level, possess more insulin than the others. Insulin is one the major things that suppresses the growth hormone production. Besides, if there are fats in the body, the demand of the growth lessens automatically. Because whenever the body wants calorie, it breaks the fat and get the calories from there and so it doesn't need the growth hormone. The majority of the people will say that eat more only then you will be able to grow. But I don't believe all these rubbish. More eating is not necessary. Eat perfectly, not excessively. The researchers of Virginia University claimed that, people who fast for a day or 24 hours, the growth hormone increases by 2000%. Because when you are fasting, your body isn't getting any calorie, so then your brain understands that your body is want of that. And so it starts producing more growth hormone.

4. Keep the liver clear

In the majority of the case, it is seen that people are producing growth hormone but aren't able to use that because of having an unhealthy and fatty liver. 5. Lessen sugar consumption

Sugar contains a high amount of insulin and as I mentioned earlier, insulin is great suppressor for growth hormone production. Consuming much sugar will leave insulin spikes in the body and that is not good at all. I'm not saying that leave it totally. Sugar is important for the body. Just lessen the amount you consume daily.

6. Eat stop eat

This is one of the best fasting methods all over the world. By stopping eating the demand of growth hormone will increase and eating after stopping that will utilize the hormone by an extended limit.

6. Sleep more

7. Take high amount of protein and carbohydrate

Eating a high amount of protein and carbohydrate before going to sleep can accelerate the production of growth hormone. But don't take it just before going to bed. Take it 2 hours earlier of sleep. The amino acids can boost the HGH production.
