The liver is a very crucial part of the animal body. In the human body, it is positioned in the upper right quadrant of the abdomen, below the diaphragm. The liver performs a lot of task of our human body which can not be skipped at any cost. So it is very important to keep the liver healthier and work worthy. Here are some reasons for which, the liver can be damaged.
1. Consuming alcohol
2. Overeating
3. Skipping breakfast
4. Taking oily and fried food in a large quantity
5. Using unhealthy and unhygienic oil in cooking
