How to lose weight using carrot

There are many people all around the world especially women who are suffering from overweight and want to lose weight at any cost. People generally get bored using the same and common diet and leave dieting after  a limited time. If you are also suffering from this problem, then I would like to recommend taking a carrot diet.You can lose 2 kg in just 4 days using this carrot diet.

A big size carrot contains only 22 calories and scientists have said that 100-gram carrot contains 10.6-gram carbohydrate-10, 9-gram protein, nicotine acid 0.6-gram, vitamin A 3150 IU, calcium 80  mg, potassium 108 mg, phosphorous 30 mg, iron 1.5 mg and thiamin 4 mg. The carrot diet is described below.


Process:

1. First of all, you have to make carrot your main food. You have to fill your stomach with carrots 4 times a day.
2. Salad of carrot is the best thing, but one thing to note. Don't mix any oil, water or sugar in that.
3. Carrot with lemon or chilly works great but adding more chilli will burn your stomach.
4. During these 4 days, you can't have any refreshment except green tea and water. If you need to change the taste badly, then take an apple with carrot.
5. If you want to keep your body away from sickness, then have at least 3 litres of water. If your body suffers from dehydration, then your diet is not going to work.

Cautions:

1. Wash the carrot before eating.
2. Peel off the carrot because nowadays, different types of chemicals are applied on fruits to preserve.
3. If you are undergoing any treatment, then I would recommend consulting your doctor before dieting.
4. Do this diet for 4-5 days and don't intend to do this more than once a month. That will harm your body.
5. Don't do hard work while dieting.
