The majority of the people ask the question that should they workout the same muscle or should they leave it to rest at least for a day.They find themselves in a great dilemma in this case. So my answer is that you shouldn't workout with the same muscle every day. Why? That's what I'm gonna explain in this post.
Abs
The muscle with which you can workout every day is the abs. Because the abs are hardly used in our everyday life and so the abs get enough rest to recover itself. Concerning about the other muscle, if you can keep the muscle in the rest for most of the time of the day, then you can workout with the same muscle every day. But keeping any muscle in rest most of the time of the day, is really very difficult. So I recommend not to do the same workout every day.
My opinion in this
There's gonna be a massive debate on this conception and I'm going to give you my opinion. Well. there's no right and wrong in this matter. It's all about one's personal preference. My opinion is to give the muscle at least a day rest. Suppose you are doing arms and abs exercise today. Then I would recommend you to do the chest and abs muscle tomorrow.
Disadvantage
The disadvantage of doing exercise regularly is you can't go so heavy. I mean you won't be able to do workouts like the previous day. If you are doing arm exercise today with a 10-pound dumbbell, then it would be difficult to lift the same weight the next day.
Reason to give your muscle rest
Your muscle needs rest because it needs to recover itself. Without recovering your muscle, can't do much effort. There's one thing to notice. If you are getting less sleep than 8 hours a day, then you need to give the muscle some rest. So without resting, your muscle can't go that further. Now you must be wondering why I told you to do the abs workout daily. That's because your abs are very hardly used all over the day and it gets so rest all over the day that it gets automatically recovered.
