Having fast is a compulsory task for the Muslims. Today is the first day of the month Ramadan and almost all the Muslims along with the children are having fast from today and will continue for the next one month. Fasting is especially a moral as well as a religious appearance of Islam. Basically described, fasting means to give up foods, drinks and all other consuming stuff all over the day. So it is very important to have some knowledge about fasting so that you can have fast without much difficulty. You may be already aware of the tips of fasting. But here are some uncommon tips for you fasting guys:
1. Have two or more dates before and after fast.
2. Try to take a glass of milk before fast.
3. Do not talk much all over the day. Speak only the necessary items.
4. Do not sleep too much because that will lighten your fast according to the Holy Quran.
5. Before fast, don't overload yourself. Take rice in little amount and curry in a medium amount and water in a huge quantity.
6. Try to take food as much light as you can because Prophet SM said that "The worst thing a man can do is fill his/her stomach."
7. Take as much fruit as you can at the beginning of the fast breaking.
8. Try to keep calm as much as possible. Do not create unnecessary chaos or noise. That will make you more thirsty.
9. Try to take different foods every day to breakfast.
10. Breakfast with one or more dates. That is mentioned in The Holy Quran and that will also give you strength to recover yourself.
11. Limit your fat consumption.
12. Take a walk after breaking your fast.
13. Prophet SM said that fill your stomach with food, water and air in the same quantity. It means, one-third is food, one-third is water and one-third is air.
14. If you are not able to wake up at the required time before starting fast, then have a glass of milk and date. That will also give you strength.
