Developing muscle is the determination of the majority of people. People today aspire to build muscle in your own home, but they are unsuccessful due to not having enough knowledge. Sometimes even professionals do certain errors. And due to this fact they fail to put together their muscle in accordance with their  effort.


Timing

The very first mistake that a beginner does is that they don't have any proper timing. They exercise whenever they want. But it is always better to exercise after waking up in the morning. That will burn the fat instead of calorie because while you are sleeping you burn the carbohydrate of your body and after burning the carbohydrate, the fat begins to burn. So morning is the best time to exercise. Don't exercise in the night. If you are planning to exercise 1 hour or more, then the time between 12:30 to 1:30 is the best time.

Meal

A proper meal is a very important thing in bodybuilding. Because without sufficient meal, your body can't recover itself. Have protein, calcium, vegetable in average quantity and consume fat in a very little quantity. Fat is important for the body. So don't leave it completely. Have the breakfast in a large amount of healthy food. Have lunch in average quantity and have dinner in a small amount. Like I said in my previous post, have breakfast like a king, have lunch like a servant and have dinner like a beggar.

Rest

The rest is the most important thing in bodybuilding. Resting plays a vital role in the field of bodybuilding. People think that the more they exercise the more they get mass. But that is a wrong conception. Exercise in a medium amount and rest similarly. Get an adequate sleep of around 7-9 hours(average 8 hours). Make sure no disturbance come in your sleep. Turn off all the light and don't keep your television or computer in your room.While you are sleeping, your body releases growth hormone and the growth hormone helps you to build muscle.

Don't get into the misunderstanding that sleeping much will produce more growth hormone and you will get bigger muscle. That is a very good misconception. Your growth hormone goes through your liver and sleeping too much will make your liver unhealthy and fatty. So oversleeping will interrupt the performance of growth hormone. So don't sleep too much or too less. Sleeping too less will produce insufficient hormones to build muscle. So don't try to ignore sleep if you want to build muscle and don't sleep in the day. Because that will make you lazy and fatty.
