How to improve eye sight

Now a days the number of eye patient is increasing day by day and that's because people are not caring about their eyes. Lack of caring can cause damage to eyesight. Today I'm going to write how to improve eyesight.



1. Keep yourself hydrated

The human body is built with 70% water. So water plays an important in almost every part of our body. If your eye is dried, then it can be harmful. So try to keep yourself hydrated.

2. Go outside

It is scientifically proven that people who stay outside of the house 6 hours a day, he/ she can have a better eyesight. Try to go for a walk and look further. That will help a lot and remember to not to pressurize your eyes too much

3. Wear Sun-glass

The right sun-glass will help you to save your eye from the scorching heat of the sun. Sunglass protect your eyes quite far. Sunglass can reflect harmful UV rays coming from the sun which are harmful to your eyes.



4. Leave smoking

Smoking is bad for all parts of human body. It is also harmful to the eyes. Cigarette contains nicotine and a single puff of nicotine can harm eyes so severely that you may have to repent for your entire life.

5. Maintain distance from screen

In case of the computer,  keep the monitor 2 feet away from your eye and keep the monitor in such a height that the center of the monitor is just in front of your eyes. And in case of television, stay at least 5 feet away while watching but it is recommended to keep 10 feet distance. But the distance differs by the size of the television or monitor



6. Play outside

Studies have shown that, children who play in the field one hour per day, have better eyesight than the others. So it is recommended for the children that they should play outside in the afternoon.

7. Reduce stress

Stress is a very bad thing for human body. It does nothing but takes away one's present happiness and causes harm to people. Try to reduce stress as much as possible. If you don't know how to do that, then read my previous post about How to get relief from stress.
