Everyone desires to grow taller. But growing taller after puberty, is not everyone's cup of tea. People grow taller because of their parents. Count your parents height and divide that by 2 and if you are a boy then add 2 inches to that and if you are a girl then minus 2 from that. That will be an average height of you.
Growing taller is everyone's wish. People generally grow taller till 17-18 years. But because of environment some people grow till 20-22 years. Don't be frustrated if your growing age is gone. You can still grow taller by doing some stretching exercise and maintaining some rules. Today I'm going to describe it.
First of all, you need to do some stretching exercises. Do some yoga. Go to youtube and search for yoga exercises. After that, you should do pull ups. Hang yourself with a ring or with the grill. Wear gloves while hanging because that will help you to hang for a long time.
While hanging, move your body like a pendulum of a clock. I know that is difficult but if you want to grow taller, you will have to do hard works. Do sit ups. Sit ups will stretch the spines of your backbone and help you to grow taller.
Do some rope skipping. Rope skipping will not only lengthen the legs but also the whole body. Skipping is a very good exercise for growing taller. You will see that the experts prefer to do skipping to grow taller.
Do swimming. Swimming is one of the best exercises that helps to grow taller. Swimming is a great exercise to grow taller. When you float on the water, your body is relaxed and if you do some stretching while relaxing your body, it will be a great help to you. While swimming, you will feel a big stretch all over the body. This stretch will help you to grow taller.
Play basketball. Basketball is the best thing that helps to grow taller. The jump that takes place in the play, that's the main thing I'm talking here. Do jumps as many as possible.
At last I would like to say about cycling. I know cycling doesn't help too much, but if you increase your seat height and do cycling for a long time every day, it can help.
Most of the people have this misunderstanding that weight lifting prevents your growth. But that is a great misunderstanding. Weight lifting doesn't prevent your growth, making you shorter is quite far. If you do some weight lifting with appropriate weight, appropriate repetition and 3 days a week can help a little to grow taller. I'm not saying that it will. I'm saying that it can. The chances are very little and you need to take every chance to grow taller faster.
After exercises, let's come to the discipline. Doing only exercise won't help too much. You will have to maintain some discipline too. Wake up in the morning and do the exercises because morning is the best time to do stretching exercises. Do the stretching before going to sleep though I don't recommend to exercise at night. But if you do some stretching before and after sleep, you will be mostly benefited.
Meal plays a vital role in the field of growing taller. Have a healthy breakfast. I know it helps much. Fill your stomach with a healthy breakfast. It will help you to keep a good mood in the day. Have lunch carefully. Don't overload yourself. Have dinner a little but sufficient. In short, I would like to say that have breakfast like a king, have lunch like a servant and have dinner like a beggar.
Let's come to the most important thing. Sleeping. While sleeping, your body releases growth hormone by which people grow taller. Make sure you get a 8 hours average sleep. Sleep 7-9 hours sleep. Insufficient sleep will make the pituitary gland release insufficient growth hormone and insufficient hormones don't make you grow taller. Don't be in a misunderstanding that sleeping much will help you to grow taller. Oversleeping will make your liver unhealthy and fatty. Growth hormone goes through the liver before spreading in the body. So oversleeping can prevent you from growing taller.
Have sufficient protein, calcium, potassium and zinc to help your body to recover completely and grow taller. Don't starve yourself. Have something in every 3 hours.
If you can continue this for 4 months, you will be able to grow taller up to 3 inches. I know it's very difficult. But if you want to grow taller, you will have to maintain all this. I've tried this and I continued it for around 2 and a half months and I got 1 and a half inch taller.
