Today is the world of smartness and if you want to keep yourself different from others, then you have to follow some rules. Among them, the most important thing is making the brain sharper. Without making the brain sharper, it would be wastage of time to think about being smart. Today I'm going to write about it.
1. Keep learning
One of the most important things to make brain sharper is to keep learning. Learning is the best way to make the brain sharper. There are a lot of things that you can learn in your leisure time. If you're into technology, then you can learn computer operating and if you have learned that, you can learn computer programming, web development etc. Computer programming will make your brain more efficient, creative and will help you find new ways of doing a work. You can also browse the internet and search for new information. This will help you expand your knowledge and improve your vocabulary.
2. Use all your sense
Using all of your sense, sometimes solves your problem that you are facing for a long time. Whenever you are in such dilemma that you aren't able to understand what you should do and what you shouldn't, then just keep the mind calm and think for a while. Use all of your senses to solve the problem. After that whatever you feel is right, just do that.
3. Have faith in yourself
Having faith in yourself is a great word in the field of brain sharpening. It doesn't have any effect directly, but it is deeply related with your brain. If you have faith in yourself, then you will be able to solve many things and learn more because studies have shown that the people who solve more problems are able to learn more than the others. So believe in yourself.
4. Keep the brain active as much as possible
Keeping the brain active is the best way to make the brain sharper. People who keep their brain active 10 hours a day are more intelligent than people sleeping 12 hours a day. If you are not finding any work to keep the brain active, then I would recommend playing some action/adventure games like Assassin Creed, The Witcher (18+), BattleField, Call of Duty etc. Especially games like Assassin's Creed will make your brain work harder and thus better results. Don't pay heed to those who say that gaming hampers the brain. Not all games are bad.
5. Solve Rubik's cube
People who solve Rubik's cube 3-4 times a day have a sharper brain than that of the ordinary people. Rubik's cube has the ability to increase memory capacity. But don't overdo it.
6. Take a nap in the afternoon
It has been scientifically proven that if we take a nap in the afternoon, then our brain increases the capacity to learn more. The ability to store more knowledge increases if we take a nap for 30-40 minutes in the afternoon.
