Yoga is a world famous exercise all over the world. But some people don't like it at all. They think that doing yoga is very difficult and it has no benefit. To remove their misconception and empower people to do yoga, I'm writing this post.
1. Flexibility
Yoga is very famous for increasing body flexibility. Better flexibility is the major benefit of yoga. People usually do yoga to increase their body flexibility. At the very first, you may not able to touch your toes and bend your back properly. But later on, you will be able to do those without any difficulty. So it proves that yoga increases flexibility.
2. Anyone can do it
In case of body building, some people over think about it. They remain in fear that doing body building may affect their height. People say that bodybuilding may cause injury. But in case of yoga, no one says all these. It is easy and beneficial to everyone. There is nothing to think about. You can do it anytime and anywhere.
3. Makes muscle stronger
A strong muscle is not only beautiful to look at but also protects us in danger. Some people will say that building muscle by doing weight lifting, may cause harm to the body and young people should not do it. I hardly believe all these. I will say that none can say that yoga will harm the body. So yoga is a better way to make the muscles stronger.
4. Increases your blood flow
The relaxation exercises that you learn in yoga helps your blood circulation especially the exercises of the hands and the legs. Yoga also increases oxygen flow to your cells and that results in better oxygen flow to your blood.
5. Better Sleep
Studies in Harvard proved that doing yoga daily, continuously for eight weeks, results in better sleep. Another research showed that doing yoga twice a day, helps cancer patients to have a better sleep.
