How to make delicious and nutritious lassi/ Lassi Recipie

The easiest way to get rid of scorching hot is cold drinks. But soft drinks or soda pops are certainly not good by any means. It will cut down your thirst quickly but will damage your body as well as teeth very badly. We all should drink such refreshments that will only fulfill our thirst not harm our body. And such drink is lassi. The majority of us don't know how to make a glass of lassi. Let's check out the recipe of making delicious as well as nutritious lassi.


Ingredients

1. 500 mgYogourt
2. 1 cup powder milk
3. Sugar as required
4. 1/2 cup your chosen flavor(mango, almonds, banana, strawberry, apple)
5. Ice as required
6. Water as required

Process

* Take milk, sugar and water in a container, mix it and keep it aside for 10 minutes
* Add the Yogourt and flavor and pour the entire mixture in a blender
* Then add ice in the blender
* Blend for some time so that  ice gets broken into tiny pieces
* Pour that in a glass and sprinkle some powder milk and almond smithereens
